Humidity and salt air leave a film on almost everything outside. Storm season doesn't help. You'll see black streaks on the roof and green on the north-facing walls, and the pool deck gets slick. Ignore it long enough and the stains set. Some HOAs start sending letters after that. We don't blast every surface at the same psi. Roofs and painted stucco get a low-pressure soft wash with the mix those materials need. Screens get the gentle treatment too. Concrete and pavers can take real pressure, including oil on the driveway. The crew doing this work came over from Bittles Pressure Washing, so they've already been on a lot of Palm Beach County roofs. Ask for a free quote. One-time job or a recurring schedule. Surfaces We Pressure Wash and Soft Wash

Roof Cleaning and Soft Washing

Low-pressure treatment removes algae, mildew, and dark streaks from tile or shingle roofs without blasting the surface.

Homes and Building Exteriors

We wash stucco, siding, and painted exteriors with pressure and cleaning products suited to the material.

Driveways, Sidewalks, and Curbs

Concrete and pavers collect tire marks, dirt, algae, and organic stains. A thorough wash brings back a cleaner, even appearance.

Pool Decks and Patios

We clear buildup from outdoor living areas where wet feet, shade, and South Florida humidity can make surfaces slick.

Entryways and Walkways

Front steps and walking paths get close attention, including edges and corners that quickly turn dark.

Exterior Windows and Screens

A careful exterior rinse clears loose dirt and residue from glass and screens as the finishing part of the job.

Pressure Washing FAQ

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing is high-pressure water, mainly for concrete and pavers. Soft washing is low pressure plus a cleaning mix. That's what we use on roofs, screens, and paint, because high pressure will scar or strip those. We pick the method by the material, not by what's faster.

How often should I have my property pressure washed?

In Palm Beach County, most homes need it once or twice a year. Humidity and rain keep algae going year-round, and pollen season dumps a fresh coat on everything. HOA communities often want it on a set calendar, sometimes before inspection season. Commercial walkways may need it more often because of foot traffic and grease.

Do you service commercial and managed properties?

Yes. Storefronts, office buildings, condos, and HOA common areas. We can do a one-time reset or put you on monthly, quarterly, or yearly service. Recurring work is how a lot of managers stay ahead of complaints.

What areas do you serve?

Palm Beach County and nearby South Florida. West Palm Beach to Boca, plus Boynton, Delray, Lake Worth, Wellington, Jupiter, and Royal Palm Beach. If you're a town over, call (561) 984-6700 and ask. We'll say yes or no.
