Artificial turf cleaning for yards that baked all summer
Turf is sold as low-maintenance. In Palm Beach County humidity, that only holds if someone actually rinses the fibers and treats the infill.
Artificial turf skips the mower. It does not skip pollen or dog urine. West Palm Beach heat cooks that into the infill, and by August the yard can smell like a kennel before you even walk outside. We rinse the fibers and treat the odor at the source. Then we brush the blades back up so the surface looks like the lawn you paid for. One-time or on a schedule. The quote is free.
What Our Turf Cleaning Includes
Deep Cleaning and Sanitizing
We rinse and treat the turf to lift dirt and organic residue from the fibers and upper infill.
Pet Odor Treatment
Pet areas receive an enzyme treatment aimed at the source of urine odor instead of covering it with fragrance.
Debris and Buildup Removal
Leaves, pollen, dust, and loose organic matter are cleared from the surface, borders, and accessible seams.
Fiber and Infill Grooming
Matted blades are brushed upright and displaced infill is redistributed where needed.
Recurring Turf Maintenance
Pet runs and busy common areas can be placed on a regular cleaning schedule before odor becomes hard to ignore.
Turf-Safe Cleaning Methods
We use controlled pressure and appropriate products to protect the backing, seams, fibers, and nearby surfaces.
How it works
Inspect the Turf
We check the installation, drainage, foot traffic, pet use, odor, seams, and areas where debris collects.
Clear, Clean, and Treat
Loose material is removed before the turf is rinsed, cleaned, and treated for pet odor where needed.
Groom the Surface
The fibers are brushed and the infill is leveled to leave the turf looking fuller and less matted.
Turf Cleaning FAQ
How often should artificial turf be cleaned in South Florida?
Once or twice a year covers a patio or a low-use yard. Pet turf and HOA play areas in Palm Beach County usually need it every three months. Humidity and rain pack pollen and urine into the infill faster than people expect.
Will turf cleaning damage my artificial grass?
Not if it's done right. A pressure washer on a concrete setting will blow out infill and can lift seams. We clean turf on low pressure with products made for synthetic grass, which is why this is a separate service from our house and driveway work.
Does turf cleaning actually remove pet odor?
The smell is urine sitting in the infill, not the plastic grass. Enzymes eat that organic stuff. One visit knocks it way down. A dog that lives on the turf full-time still needs a regular schedule or the odor comes back with the next heat wave.
Can you clean turf on rooftops, patios, and pet runs?
Yes. If the turf is installed and we can get a hose to it, we can clean it. That includes balconies, dog runs, playgrounds, and HOA amenity lawns in places like Boynton Beach and Wellington.
